3. How to Request Guidance

Contact us on WhatsApp or phone and tell us what guidance you need and the details of your matter.
Share the details requested for your guidance, such as your name, your AIOU program and semester, where requested.
We confirm the service and any fee with you in writing before guidance begins.
Your request is confirmed once we both agree on the service and the fee.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees are confirmed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on WhatsApp before guidance begins.
The fee arrangement is confirmed with you in writing before guidance begins — no hidden charges.

5. Refund Policy

If you have any concern about a payment or fee, contact us at 0302 4990307 and we will review your case fairly.
If we cannot provide the guidance you paid for, you will receive a full refund.

6. Classes & Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and complete assignments to qualify for certification.
We may reschedule individual sessions with reasonable notice; missed sessions are covered through recordings or makeup guidance where available.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of course materials may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Certification

Students who complete the course requirements (attendance, assignments, and final project where applicable) receive a Syeda Aliza Fatima course completion certificate.

8. Honest Expectations

We aim to provide honest, reliable guidance for AIOU students. Individual results depend on your effort, practice, and AIOU's own schedules and policies. We do not guarantee admission, marks, or any specific result.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on this website (text, images, and design) belongs to Syeda Aliza Fatima and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Work you create during the course (your projects and portfolio pieces) remains yours.
